  • Provide expert guidance on production issues, serving as an escalation point and mentoring team members through complex support scenarios. Participate in on‑call escalation coverage as needed.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise across multiple technology domains and throughout the full software development lifecycle, with particular strength in application integrations and interfaces.
  • Identify forward looking opportunities and lead proof of concept efforts to evaluate emerging technologies and address ambiguous business or technical challenges.
  • Bring awareness of emerging capabilities, including AI enabled features within enterprise SaaS platforms, and assess their applicability to business outcomes when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability. Maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and effectively mentor and develop other architects and technical leaders.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of architects, providing direction, coaching, and performance leadership.
