About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager you must have a passion for transforming how enterprises assess and manage their digital experience. You must possess a deep understanding of network management, network monitoring, and application performance monitoring (APM), along with expertise in SSE & SASE platforms. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies, and have a proven track record of bringing successful products to market. You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, and are adept at influencing cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are customer-centric and dedicated to delivering solutions that provide tangible value to enterprises navigating their digital transformation journey.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope One Digital Experience Management

• Translate high-level strategy and business needs into detailed product requirements (PRDs), epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders

• Takes ownership working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Partner with the UX & UI team to define critical workflows which offer a delightful user experience

• Develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams.

• Create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions

• Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing

What you bring to the table :

• 7+ years in product management

• 3+ years in the cloud network security or related markets

• Strong background and practical knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Network Performance Monitoring (NPM),Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring,Endpoint Monitoring, Observability tools

• Experience with data science concepts, data pipelines, leveraging ML and AI models to process network telemetry data and drawing actionable inferences from the resultant analytics

• Familiarity with network connectivity methods and cloud service delivery

• Solid understanding of Network Security concepts and architecture, particularly in the context of SASE and SSE

• Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams

• Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required

• Education: Bachelor's or equivalent required, Master's or MBA strongly preferred
