About the role

You will work closely with customers and prospects to present our solutions and understand their requirements, and you will partner with engineering, marketing and the field to define the product roadmap, launch the product and develop an effective GTM plan. *

What's in it for you

We are looking for a talented Product Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for the enterprises as they transition to the Netskope Security Cloud Platform. In this role you will…flesh this out with the hiring manager depending upon the role. Sell the scope of responsibility as far as the products or underlying technologies the role will own, as well as the opportunity (impactful, end-end ownership, etc). Generally speaking we want 3-4 key sales points in this paragraph as far as technology/product, ownership, impact and opportunity, etc.

What you will be doing

• You will be responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope’s DESCRIBE THE FOCUS AREA OF THE ROLE

• Translating customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD

• Developing, managing and communicating the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders

• Taking ownership of working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Ensuring optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel

• Developing compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams.

• Creating financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions

• Maintaining competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing

• Traveling up to 50% (2x year to India, domestic customer/trade shows)

Required skills and experience

• 7+ years in product management

• 3+ years in the cloud network security or related markets

• EXPLAIN THE PRODUCT / DOMAIN EXPERTISE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

• LIST OUT DETAILED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE (eg protocols, technologies such as VPN / proxies, etc).

• A self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required

Education

• BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or MBA strongly preferred
