Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

We are seeking an experienced post-production professional to join Netflix as a Post-Production Coordinator. As part of our team, you will support the Post Production Manager in overseeing the post-production process on our French films, series, and nonfiction titles.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in post-production, a strong interest in film and TV, and a commitment to high-quality work. You are self-motivated, adaptable, comfortable with change, and able to shift priorities when needed. You work in a detailed and thorough way and are able to manage multiple responsibilities. Your approach demonstrates strong organisation, ownership, and consistent attention to detail.

This role requires curiosity, proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, and effective communication skills.

This position will be based in our Paris office. Post-production is managed under the French Production organisation, with a primary partnership and close working relationship with both the Production Management and VFX teams. Relevant work experience in the field is essential.

The Role

The role will support the Post Manager, Production team, and Creative Executives internally, while also being a key point of support for external partners. Your day-to-day tasks will include project coordination, task management, onboarding of partners, administration, data entry, documentation, technical support, and other requests that facilitate the successful delivery of shows to our members.

You will collaborate with internal specialist teams located around the globe to ensure our content is maintained at high standards and deadlines are met. This requires a collaborative approach to your work, a strong technical understanding of post-production, and solid logistical skills.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Post Manager in reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes, and workflows for films, series, and nonfiction projects

  • Staying up to date with Netflix tools, specifications, and technologies

  • Tracking and managing all post-production schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status

  • Coordinating and tracking deliveries and reviews, both technical and creative

  • Setting up and attending post-production calls and meetings as needed

  • Coordinating with internal specialists throughout the project lifecycle — from onboarding to delivery (e.g., QC, localization, asset archiving)

  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and trackers

  • Coordinating publicity and marketing requests and assets

  • Performing other duties as needed to support external partners and the Netflix Post Production team

Qualifications

Essential

  • Relevant working experience as a Post Supervisor, Post Production Coordinator, or similar post-production professional (5 or more years of experience)

  • Experience in post-production of local content in France; international experience is a plus

  • Experience with nonfiction content is an advantage

  • Familiarity with local French vendors

  • Understanding of post-production tools, applications, and workflows

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, MS Word, and Excel

  • Familiarity with Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Knowledge of and interest in the French film and television market

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of production (from development through delivery)

  • Ability to prioritize and respond appropriately to changing needs and deadlines

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully.
