We are looking for a Senior Level Designer for a new cozy adventure game project. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will design and build game spaces, ensuring that layout, movement, economy, and narrative elements work together to create high-quality, incredible fun moment-to-moment player experiences.

Responsibilities Include

• Design and build complete levels, including layouts, economy design, narrative, player flow

• Work with art, engineering, and product teams to ensure levels meet both creative and technical goals

• Contribute and help build level design tools and pipeline with engineers

• Assist in project planning and scoping to help the team set and deliver against achievable milestone goals.

Preferred skills and experience

• Significant professional experience in a game design role, having shipped multiple titles

• A strong understanding of game design fundamentals, including economy balancing, player flow, narrative, and a keen visual eye for composition and environmental storytelling

• Experience working in Unity

• Ability to give and receive clear, constructive feedback within a multidisciplinary team

• Learning new skills is exciting, even if this means flexing beyond this role’s core responsibilities if it can help us succeed
