Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting tests and research primarily targeting gamers in Japan and North America. This includes, but is not limited to, expanding channels to source target players, creating and translating questionnaires, recruiting participants, and executing tests to uncover player behaviors, emotions, and experience needs, thereby providing valuable information for product development and design.

Monitor product development progress and conduct competitive research to provide professional recommendations for our product design. Track the implementation and resolution of identified user experience issues.

Proactively explore new possibilities, contribute to knowledge management, and assist in tool development by utilizing AI tools.

Qualifications:

Passionate about gaming, with extensive gaming experience or a deep understanding of specific game genres. (Note: Please include details of your gaming experience in your resume).

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level. Fluency in both spoken and written English is a significant plus.

Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion to enhance efficiency in communication, analysis, and content generation.
