Position Snapshot

  • Education: A college degree is required; relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ITIL certification) or a higher education degree in IT are considered an advantage

Position Summary

As an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that every moment of the Nespresso customer experience is seamless. Here, you are not just an IT professional, but the engine of digital innovation, supporting sales teams and contributing to the premium standard of the brand.

A day in the life of an IS/IT Specialist

  • Support sales channels to deliver an outstanding and seamless customer experience

  • Maintain and continuously develop modern IT infrastructure, including POS systems, networks, and mobile devices

  • Manage IT asset inventory, including monitoring, lifecycle management, and timely replacement of equipment

  • Provide fast, effective, and user-focused IT support on a daily basis

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects and business initiatives

  • Communicate daily with international functional support teams

  • Participate in the testing, implementation, and deployment of new technologies and innovation-driven projects
