The Senior Engineer Specialist is responsible to deliver specialized support to operations in mixes process and technology and enhancing business objectives and operations performance.
A day in the life of a Senior Engineer Specialist...

People Development: Maintain, transfer across the market(s) and develop the corresponding Engineering core Competence of his/her expertise and needed by the business, including Experts networking, mentoring, training and skills assessments.

Product Mastership: Ensure his/her Engineering Competence either Liquid or Powder processing support the Innovation&Renovation process, maintaining links for new products & technologies with Businesses, PTCs, R&Ds, Corporate Units, and protecting/developing/deploying technological know-how. Optimize processes, product quality and safety.
Full Compliance: Ensure Processes & Equipment in his/her area of Competence are safe for people, products and environment, in line with all corresponding local / Nestlé regulations, hygienic Engineering codes.

Competitive Product Supply: Provide specific engineering insight and support for the development and implementation of the GBS, through his/her Engineering Competence, whilst fostering high performance Operations. Support Markets, and develop key related documentation.

Business Management: Support and implementation of the corresponding aspects of NCE/TPM. Ensure Engineering support to the implementation of Market’s plans, procedures and policies. Represent the Group in all industrial, regulatory, technical, environmental, etc. initiatives with relevance to the business and to his/her specific Competence
What Will Make You Successful...
- Minimum 7 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in the Beverage manufacturing (as Specialist Engineer)
- Minimum 3 years field experience, driving or supporting his/her area of expertise
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Successful deployment of new technologies or solutions in Factories
- Participation in the development of improvement with external Suppliers
- Recognized competence in his/her area of expertise (inside and outside Nestlé and Nestec)
- General Personnel Supervision experience (mainly on technical teams)
- Lead the development of engineering projects, including Majors, as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Lead the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) or systems
- Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, product or packing optimization/continuous improvement
- Experience or exposure to different environments (different businesses, factories, etc.), through missions, projects, expatriation, experience outside Nestlé, etc. would be a plus.
