Position Summary
The candidate will join the International Sales Support Team, contributing to key activities related to distribution contracts management, international compliance and Sales Support for Italian Brands. Specifically, the role includes:
-
Distribution Contract Management: Support in coordinating activities related to drafting and updating agreements with international customers, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company guidelines.

Stakeholder Interface: Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit, Supply Chain, Administration) and external partners to ensure smooth communication and effective relationship management.
-
Legal Letter Drafting: Support in preparing legal documents required for international trade liberalization, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
-
TTS Budget Management: Support in allocating and managing TTS budgets per customer, in coordination with Sales and Administration, guaranteeing accurate accounting.

Price List Management: Support in uploading or updating price lists based on information provided by Sales, Finance and Business Activation.

Opening New International Customers: Support in coordinating onboarding procedures, ensuring correct and complete documentation.

Compliance: Support in monitoring activities to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, mitigating legal and operational risks.
What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in economics, law or International Relationships

Fluency in English

Interest in legal/project management/finance

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Precision and attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Word
