We are currently looking for a B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager to join our** Nespresso** team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities;

• Analyze market, consumer and competitor insights to identify opportunities.

• Manage e-commerce accounts, develop account plans, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

• Lead trade activities, promotions, and distribution strategy with marketing & e-commerce (EC – E-Commerce) teams.

• Drive online channel growth (marketplaces, pure players) and manage e-retailer strategies.

• Build strong relationships with accounts and machine partners; negotiate commercial terms.

• Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and smooth coordination with supply chain (SC – Supply Chain).

• Monitor performance, improve ROI (Return on Investment), and participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).

• Identify and onboard new accounts to expand e-commerce business.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• 2+ years of sales , e-commerce management (KAE – Key Account Executive or Specialist experience ).

• Experience in e-commerce retail , premium brands or consumer electronics is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the digital marketplace

• Knowledge of e-commerce (EC – E-Commerce) and omni-channel business preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally (X-functional – Cross- Functional).

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

• Advanced level of English
