Position Summary

  • The Digital Commerce Specialist

  • PH store management will join the other Digital Commerce specailists

  • Digital shelf & Econtent, and Store operations, and work very closely with the Nestle Digital Transformation team (DX)

  • The Digital Commerce Specialist

  • PH store management will play a crucial role in ensuring success of PH Market's transition to direct servicing model for Specific Ecommerce Stores (SHP Mart, Laz Marts, etc.) He/ she will be responsible for ensuring success on the front end of the store, while maintaining excellent partnership and operations from Nestle to the end consumers

  • He /She will be responsible for the flawless execution of market activities and promotions on eretailer platforms. He/she will work closely with the customer manager and ecommerce partner teams to ensure that operations are running smoothly to ensure best sellout and customer experience for end users. He/she will take ownership in driving completeness and availability of listings on platform, alongside monitoring ontime payment from account and proper customer service levels. He/she will also be improving current systems and process to ensure efficient ways of working and reduced bottlenecks and downtime in all current market ecommerce operations, as such reporting to MAO to drive collaboration is a vital need.

  • Digital Shelf & econtent to ensure that the work done on the digital shelves flow through properly to what the PH monitoring specialist is working on, driving a full end-to-end success. He/ she is also expected to work with the Digital commerce Specialist

  • PH Store Operations to ensure that back end operations of the Ecommerce Stores (SHP Mart, Laz Marts, etc.) are in line with the front end plans and directives.

  • The digital commerce specialist

  • PH store Management will also work with Market counterpart - customer manager to ensure that all plans and strategies are aligned with nestle's business objectives.

What Will Make You Successful

Key Experiences

University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields
2-4 years of experience in the e Commerce and/or digital marketing field
2-4 years of experience in publishing product related content

Key Software Knowledge

Very good knowledge in Digital Shelf or any e Retailer Monitoring tools

SAP Product Master Data solution:

Has intermediate/advance skill in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and understanding of Power BI solution

Key Skills

Ability to quickly understand e Retailers challenges and specificities
Ability to follow Nestlé and Brand Guidelines to ensure product content quality in e Retailers
Understanding of product e Content - marketing/digital assets, nutritional information, product description page
Solid understanding of Product Information process (creation, set-up, adaptation, syndication, publication) and Digital Shelf
Abilitiy to deliver against established objectives, deliverables, and deadlines
Understanding and knowledge in trends of e Commerce marketplace
Ability to interpret dashboard data and execute periodic reporting based on market requirements
Very good data gathering and analytics skills
Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
