The Quality Compliance Coordinator will Lead a small team to ensure calibration and analytical services are performed in the factory.

A day in the life…

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and motivate the team in the achievement of their objectives and contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.

  • Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Nestlé Quality Standards (NQMS) and all relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002) & release of raw materials, finished products and packaging on time.

  • Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools.

  • Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.

  • Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.

  • Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.

  • Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.

  • Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.

  • Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.

  • Responsible for ensuring the business meets all AQIS requirements, signature of export documentation and importing country requirements.

What will make you successful

  • Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be self-motivated, proactive and have a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Diploma or degree qualified in Laboratory, Food Technology, or related field of study.

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience working within Quality, Production Support and/or Application Group.

  • Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs.

  • Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.

  • Passionate about working for Nestlé and sharing its purpose.
