Within Nestlé USAs Corporate Reporting Team, this position is primarily responsible for supporting end-to-end financial processes of employee benefits (pensions, retiree medical, 401K, short and long-term incentives etc.) which includes, but is not limited to, budgeting accounting, reporting, and analyzing various employee benefits plans and providing support in preparation of the foot note disclosures associated with employee benefits and other Financial Statements at the periodic intervals.
