At Navan, "It's all about the user. All of them." We are redefining the relationship between administrators and their tools. We don’t want Admins to manage software; we want them to lead their companies while our AI handles the rest.
Navan is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Agentic Admin Assistant. You will be the single point of accountability for the AI experience that powers both Travel and Expense management. While our Travel agent is already live, you will be responsible for its evolution and, more importantly, spearheading the creation of our Expense Agentic engine. You will harmonize these two worlds into a unified, proactive AI assistant that allows an Admin to set up, manage, and optimize their entire global spend and travel program autonomously.
What You’ll Do
-
End-to-End Agent Ownership: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Admin Assistant across the entire Navan ecosystem. You will ensure a seamless, unified experience where Travel and Expense agents work in perfect sync.
-
Spearhead the Expense Agent Vision: Define the roadmap for our AI-powered admin assistant agent, specifically focused on the Expense product. You will translate the complexities of expense policy, tax configurations, and ERP integrations into an autonomous, conversational, and proactive experience.
-
Drive PLG Velocity: Focus on the "Time to Value." You will own the onboarding and adoption funnels for SMBs, using AI to remove friction, automate data ingestion from legacy systems, and guide users through a personalized setup.
-
Bridge Domain Expertise & AI: Act as the internal subject matter expert on the expense and travel management landscape, ensuring our AI agent understands the competitive bar and the specific pain points of admins.
-
Master Cross-Functional Complexity: Serve as the central hub between AI Engineering, Data Science, and UX to architect "Agentic" behaviors. Simultaneously, you will align with GTM, Sales, and Support teams to ensure the agent reduces human touchpoints and accelerates SMB self-service.
-
Define Agentic Success via Data: Establish the metrics for an autonomous era. You will track Task Success Rate, Tool-Use Accuracy, and Time-to-Value, using deep data analysis to identify where the agent’s reasoning fails and creating the improvement plan to fix it.
What We’re Looking For
-
5-7+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth SaaS, with specific expertise in Fintech or Expense Management.
-
Agentic Experience is a Must: You have a proven track record of building products powered by Autonomous Agents, LLM-based planning, or Tool-use (Function Calling) frameworks. You understand how to manage the non-deterministic nature of AI to create a reliable user experience.
-
The Cross-Functional Architect: You excel at leading multidisciplinary teams. You can dive deep into the technical "how" with AI researchers and then pivot to discuss conversion funnels with Growth Marketing.
-
PLG & Data Obsession: You are a "numbers person." You are proficient in SQL and data modeling, using data to find friction in the onboarding funnel and solving it through automation.
-
Execution Excellence: You have managed complex technical roadmaps and are known for delivering high-impact features in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should be comfortable discussing prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic loops.
