招聘
Navan is redefining business travel, and we’re looking for a strategic, high-impact Senior Marketing Designer to help shape and scale the visual expression of our newest product — a groundbreaking, AI-powered travel experience for frequent business travelers.
In this role, you’ll work closely with product marketing, growth, and content teams to bring our messaging to life through compelling, high-performing design. From paid ad creative and landing pages to onboarding flows and social assets, you’ll design across the entire funnel — with a strong focus on online conversion and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-converting marketing assets across the funnel: performance ads, landing pages, email campaigns, onboarding experiences, and more
- Collaborate with the growth and performance marketing teams to concept, test, and iterate on creative that drives measurable results
- Contribute to the evolution of the product’s brand identity, visual language, and marketing design system
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presence
- Translate complex ideas into clean, accessible, and visually engaging design
- Maintain a strong balance between creativity and performance — knowing when to push boundaries and when to optimize for speed and scale
- Help build scalable design processes for a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a marketing designer, brand designer, or visual designer in a high-growth tech or consumer-facing company
- Proven experience designing for performance — including paid acquisition campaigns, web funnels, and conversion-driven assets
- Strong understanding of design for digital marketing channels: social, web, email, display, and in-product surfaces
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and results-oriented design thinking
- Experience working within or evolving an existing brand system — ideally in collaboration with internal stakeholders and/or agencies
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with sharp attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography
- Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bonus: experience with motion/animation, prototyping tools, or light frontend/UX collaboration
Bonus: familiarity with AI products or interest in shaping design at the frontier of travel and technology
