The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and data science, optimally with experience in the analysis or modeling of DNA methylation data.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and improve analysis pipelines for diagnostic tests, including detection of cancer-associated variants or methylation patterns and implementation of evidence-based quality control thresholds.

  • Leverage accurate statistical or probabilistic models to build the next round of algorithms and products.

  • Move products through the full development process, from research through commercial launch.

  • Help design and interpret molecular biology experiments.
