-
Manages Federal Contractor Workforce analysis, identifies gaps, make goal recommendations, create and implement action plans, submit to Management and government.
-

Serve as the trusted HR advisor for HR Business Partners, management and employees, providing expert interpretation of company policies and Canadian labor standards to resolve complex inquiries, ensure procedural fairness, and promote a culture of transparency and compliance.
-
Assist with Canada Mergers and Acquisitions, including creating offer letters, mapping benefit plans, and conducting employee onboarding presentations.
-
Serve as the lead consultant to managers and HR Business Partners on performance management issues; architecting measurable Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and documenting progressive discipline—from initial counseling through formal warnings—to ensure absolute alignment with provincial labor standards and MSI policy.
-
Manage the involuntary termination process, including creation of cost sheets, severance agreements and packages. Work with legal counsel to prepare required documentation for negotiations and finalizing settlements.
-
Partner with the Immigrations Lead on Canadian immigration program including LMIA documentation and country moves, as needed.
-
Drive the continuous improvement of HR workflows by designing and deploying streamlined procedures and bilingual documentation that enhance departmental efficiency and elevate the employee lifecycle experience.
-
Ensure all individual employment contracts, offer letters, and training materials are compliant with Bill 96 requirements for Quebec-based employees.
Technical & Strategic Skills
-
Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labor laws, with a proven track record of managing mandatory reporting (Pay Equity, AODA, Federal Contractor Program) across multiple provinces including Quebec, Ontario, and BC.
-
