Department Overview

Accounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.

Job Description:

Global Accounts Payable Payments:

• Review and process recurring payment runs
• ​Conduct necessary actions in order to process the payment
• Assist with issues related to the payment process
• Assist with the ongoing development of AP processes
• Implement and conduct necessary actions needed to setup the payment process for aquired companies
• Adjust payment process in accordance to local requlations
• Implement new payment methods

Basic Requirements:

• Good command of English
• 0-2 year of experience
• Educational Requirements: Graduated
• Bachelor/Masters Degree, final year students in Finance
• Team player with good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Other foreign language will be an advantage
• Oracle knowlegde will be an advantage
