Job Description:

This is more than a project; it's a mission. We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager based in Algeria to lead this initiative, ensuring the successful delivery of a program that will safeguard citizens and support national security.

As the in-country Project Manager, you won't just be managing schedules and budgets. You will be the face of Motorola Solutions, driving a landmark technology transformation. You will:

• Lead a large-scale, multi-phased program to refresh critical radio systems, directly impacting Algeria's public safety infrastructure.

• Pioneer the future of technology in the region by managing a Proof of Concept (POC) for new, integrated Motorola Solutions platforms.

• See your work's tangible impact as the successful POC encourages wider adoption and expansion of our ecosystem.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, building trust and representing our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives within the stipulated time, budget, and quality constraints.

• Develop, maintain, and execute the complete project plan, utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Planview for critical path analysis and resource management.

• Establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and develop action plans to ensure financial commitments and margin goals are met.

• Lead direct communication and senior stakeholder reviews with the customer's organization and internal leadership.

• Manage all project-related recruitment, reporting, administration, and communication.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience managing complex, high-stakes technology projects, preferably turnkey solutions.

• Essential Experience: proven track record in one or more of the following domains: Public Safety communications, Military/Defence contracts, Cellular infrastructure, or large-scale IT network deployments.

• Language: full professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

• Tools: high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).

• Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
