We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our Firmwide AI team, driving the development and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic solutions. In this role, you will bridge business goals and technical execution by gathering requirements, translating them into actionable next steps, and collaborating with Technology to ensure successful delivery. You will support agile processes, manage dependencies, and help shape the evolution of our AI-powered products, contributing to the firm’s innovation in the AI space.

What you’ll do in the role: Assist with building and maintaining AI powered virtual assistants from design to final ideation and help with augmenting Generative AI and Agentic capabilities.

Understand product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of virtual assistants to help the team execute on key deliverables.

Familiarize yourself with Conversational AI, Agentic and Generative AI technical concepts to help the team translate requirements into JIRA stories.

Work closely with business stakeholders and User Experience teams to gather requirements.

Perform technical and system analysis and translate those requirements into actionable user stories.

Work closely with Tech Leads on technical requirements and ensure that developers have a clear understanding of JIRA stories.

Become acquainted with the role of different stakeholders influencing product development and be able to understand cross squad dependencies.

Assist the Product Owner in monitoring inquiries and issues regarding products and liaise with the development team to track status and timely resolution.

Review and analyse user feedback to identify key insights and trends, prioritize feedback based on impact, and collaborate with the Evaluation Lead and Knowledge Engineers to develop and implement solutions that address user needs effectively.
Support an Agile squad delivering capabilities.

Become familiar with priorities and the scope of work required to execute on key deliverables.

Understand the various Agile ceremonies and processes (i.e., backlog refinement / planning, requirements gathering, daily stand up, etc.)

Assist with squad reporting, helps identify risks impacting delivery and timelines, and escalates to PO when necessary.

Be comfortable to collaborate with multiple stakeholders writing JIRA stories and resolve cross squad dependencies to achieve sprint goals

Manage User acceptance testing (UAT) activities and performing business checkouts during release and deployment weekends
Help develop business requirements to design, build, and improve Generative AI applications.

Get familiar with the AI solutions owned by the squad to help develop business and technical use cases and assist with JIRA creation for each sprint.

Be able to interact comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Identify and raise open questions / clarifications to ensure requirements are understood by all parties within the squad.
What you’ll bring to the role:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
-
3-4 years of relevant professional experience including at least 1 years as a Business Analyst.

Experience with Kore.ai, prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
-
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks.
-
Demonstrated success in helping design and build digital applications, strong preference for experience with Virtual Assistants, Generative AI, or other Conversational AI solutions.

Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross functional environment.
-
Demonstrated ability to implement and execute on agile principals with strong digital and technical skills.
-
Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.

Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team.

Team player with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
