We're seeking someone to join our Business Management team as a Business Management Support Analyst in Centralised Management to work closely with various Office of the COO functions and key business partners across the Finance division to cover Business Management, Workforce Management, Strategic Initiatives, Management Reporting and Process Centralization / Improvement.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Analyst level position within our Business Management Job Family.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Support the onboarding process for contingent workers for various departments across Global Finance

  • Provide support for contingent workforce management related activities, including timesheet tracking, furlough coordination, and consultant lifecycle administration

  •  Oversee the reporting, tracking and data management of Finance division contingent staff

  •  Work directly with Office of COO teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure that the Resource Management team's activities cater to clients' evolving business needs, in line with Finance goals and firm-wide standards

  • Provide value-add analytics on client queries to support strategic decision making

  • Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm

  • Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments

  • Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work

  • Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Good interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication abilities in English

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities

  • Sound numeric and analytical skills

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Finance and interpersonal skills related fields are advantageous)

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role (within a COO, reporting or business management function is an advantage)

  • Basic Finance related knowledge is an advantage
