About Us : Morgan Stanley seeks a professional to join the Field Service team as a Learning & Development Associate. This position will report within the Field Service organization and support initiatives on the Learning & Development team. The candidate will develop a strong knowledge of the Field Service organization as well as the broader field, and effectively manage learning and development tasks, coordination, and logistics, ensuring alignment with Firm branding standards and maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Communication & Marketing

  • Draft and customize templates and language for field and other employee learner-facing communications (invites, post-program follow-ups) aligned to Firm branding standards.
  • Prepare appropriate updates across multiple programs for various audiences (program changes, National Field Service Call talking points, etc.).
  • Coordination & Management
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and develop engaging training programs (i.e. workshops, e Learning, and cohort sessions).
  • Format and maintain any learning & development materials.
  • Coordinate and manage the assignment of learning paths, courses and curricula.
  • Respond to and manage enrollment, completion and exception requests of assigned learning.
  • Audit and maintain accuracy and compliance of learning content via the Communications Review Center (CRC).

Technical Administration, Analytics & Reporting

  • Complete reporting from platforms such as Knowledge Link, Zoom, Etool, Forms, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare results for business review by way of slide show presentations or dashboard.
  • Flag trends or anomalies in data.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Exhibits a strong sense of ownership and accountability for work, including high motivation, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrates strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, coupled with attention to detail and excellent follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline- driven environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA or BS preferred, but not required
  • Financial Services experience preferred, but not required
  • Candidate who has experience in range of 3-5years will be preferred.
