We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our team in building modern, responsive, and intuitive web applications that support the Market Risk Business Ecosystem. You will work alongside product owners, scrum master, backend developers, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-impact tools.
In the Prime Brokerage and Institutional Equity division, we provide our clients around the world with intellectual insights and innovative product solutions and services that help them generate alpha.
The Market Risk Application and Tooling team is part of the broader Risk IT organization supporting the Market Risk Department (MRD). Our mission is to build strategic analysis and workflow applications that enhance risk management capabilities and meet evolving regulatory and business requirements. We collaborate closely with squads such as Scenario Design & Analysis, Data Harmonization/Management, Risk Engine and Report to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

What you'll do in the role

Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Translate design wireframes and business requirements into functional, scalable web interfaces.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs and services.

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
-
Implement automated testing using frameworks like Jest, Cypress or Playwright.
-
Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
-
Maintain consistency with Firm UI/UX standards and design systems.

DevOps / CI/CD to deploy and release across environments.
What you'll bring to the role
-
2 years of experience in frontend development.
-
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and one or more modern frameworks (Angular preferred).

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
-
Familiarity with Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Strong understanding of UI performance optimization and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
