We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Conversational AI Product Management Lead to support the development and evolution of AI-powered virtual assistants and generative AI solutions. This role blends Product Management support,Business Analysis, and Team Leadership, requiring a strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.

  • Key Responsibilities Product Management

  • Partner with Conversational AI Product Owners to support the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational and Generative AI solutions.

  • Assist in translating business needs into product features and user stories, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization by providing business context, user insights, and technical feasibility assessments.

  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and data scientists to ensure product features meet user expectations and business requirements.

  • Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and business impact.

  • Participate in ideation and discovery sessions to identify new opportunities for AI-driven automation and customer engagement.

  • Ensure product development aligns with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

  • Business Analysis

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and user stories in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments for new AI features and enhancements.

  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business checkouts, and release validation activities.

  • Analyze conversational data to identify optimization opportunities and improve AI performance.

  • Support training and refinement of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Knowledge Graph models.

  • Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and product owners working on conversational AI initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on agile best practices, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery execution.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

  • Act as a senior point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Support onboarding and professional development of junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.

  • 2+ years of experience working with Conversational AI, Generative AI, or Virtual Assistant platforms.

  • Proven success in supporting digital product delivery in an agile environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering team growth.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools.

  • Ability to define KPIs and measure product success using analytics tools.

  • Recommended Skills

  • Strong grasp of conversation design principles and user experience best practices.

  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as NLU, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and Lang Chain.

  • Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and AI model training.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and data integration.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in AI applications.

  • Nice to have

  • Financial Services Industry experience

  • Experience with Kore.ai or related Conversational AI platform, Open
