About Us:
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Capabilities Associate to join our Digital Marketing Operations team. This role involves working closely with Product Owners to enhance and support the platform capabilities that drive our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with technology squads to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • *Product Roadmapping & Strategy Support: Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and collaborating with internal teams.
  • *Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with stakeholder teams to drive successful platform capability development and launches.
  • *Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Gather product requirements through stakeholder communication and translate them into user stories or technical specifications.
  • *Product Capability Launch Support: Support the execution of new capabilities and coordinate product launches.
  • *Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze product performance metrics to guide improvements and inform future iterations.
  • *Stakeholder Communication & Training: Communicate updates and provide training or product materials to internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • *Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • *Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related field, with a focus on product management or business analysis.
  • *Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau); ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • *Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • *Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial services domains (e.g., payments, wealth management) and regulatory considerations.
