We’re seeking someone to join our Risk Analytics team as a Reporting Manager.

The Business Management Team provides functional support to the sub-departments of Risk Analytics. Besides different project management tasks the team has responsibilities related to model advisory & support, coordinating regulatory reporting, committee meeting materials and risk governance requests. Team members are required to collaborate with senior stakeholders as well as model specialists from various departments. Our team ensures that Risk Analytics is on track to meet regulatory and business deadlines.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support stakeholder needs

  • Set up JIRA boards for workflow transparency, backlog prioritization, planning, and tracking deliverables across teams

  • Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data quality initiatives

  • Prepare reporting insights, KPIs, and analytics driven recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Support ongoing process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting related infrastructure upgrades

  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, operating procedures, and control requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative, business, or technology discipline

  • Strong BI expertise with hands-on experience in dashboarding/visualization tools (Power BI)

  • Experience managing workflows and deliverables in JIRA (e.g., Kanban/Scrum boards, JIRA queries, story/task management)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
