We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in ORRC to to support Operations in the creation, release and maintenance of all Cross- Operations, Policies & Procedures, the release of Firmwide and Cross-Divisional Policies and other ad hoc courses, the administration of any Approved Exclusions to Policy and the creation and maintenance of Operations Authorised Signatory Lists.
GOSPC Associate In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Glasgow location.

What you'll do in the role:
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
- Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
- Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
- Support the release of courses to employees to fulfil training obligations:
- Build and maintain the Policy Governance Framework for Operations
- Monitor and report on all Approved Exclusions to Policy for Operations
- Create, review and update all Authorised Signatory Lists for Operations.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team
- Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities
- Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
- Ability and confidence to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization to present views and gain consensus amongst them;
- Ability to Recognise risk in day-to-day processes, to draws out the key issues and able to suggest ideas for continuous improvement, managing change to new or existing work streams
Effectively communication, display interpersonal and analytical skills as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- At least1 year relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
