We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President - Trade and Transaction Reporting Transformation within Operations Risk and Regulatory control to work with global colleagues across Business Units, Legal and Compliance, Operations and Technology to deliver Trade and Transaction Reporting solutions to support the complete, timely and accurate delivery of transaction reporting data to global regulators.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Vice President level within Usability and Management Information (MI) department of Trade and Transaction Reporting change the bank, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Leadership of the regional Transaction Reporting MI & Usability teams in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
- Partner with technology and stakeholders to drive strategy, define business requirements and deliver innovative solutions via Agile change methodology and automation solutions.
- Manage the prioritisation of work and resources across the teams though sprint planning, Incremental Business Reviews and complex multi-stage delivery programmes.
- Drive the integration and adoption of automation solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to change management policies and standards.
- Provide status updates to senior stakeholders across global locations.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure solutions delivered remain current and effective.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience of Change Management/Transformation within Transaction Reporting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives and risks on the operational budget.
- Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you.
- Experience of UX/UI design and implementation.
- At least 10 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
