What you’ll do in the role:

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Prin Tech Program Mgmt in Alpharetta, GA to deliver large-scale technology initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and regulatory compliance. Use Agile practices and enterprise- standard tools to drive execution and transparency. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery milestones are met according to business priorities. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, dashboards, and presentations that communicate status, key performance indicators, and risk to senior leadership. Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination across internal teams and third-party vendors. Ensure compliance with firm wide governance policies, technology standards, and risk controls. Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements to delivery frameworks and practices. Define and implement agile standards across the Wealth Management division. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

What you’ll bring to the role:

-Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study

-Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Agile Scrum Master, Automation Testing Engineer, or a closely related occupation

-Requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills:

  • Agile Scrum Methodology
  • budgeting including forecasting resources, Squads and Fleets to Firm Initiatives and Capabilities Tools using Project Portfolio Management
  • Agile fleet and squad design
  • aligning technology initiatives with strategic goals to drive revenue, reduce risk, and create efficiencies
  • Front, Middle and Back Office to enable Self-directed and Financial Adviser facing Platforms
  • delivering business initiatives for client facing applications
  • Software Delivery Life Cycle
  • Agile delivery process improvements focused on continuously refining and optimizing workflows within Agile methodologies
  • risk identification and mitigation

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $146,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
