We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Testing and Tooling Documentation Associate to support our quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on creating and executing test scripts, documenting testing processes, and ensuring comprehensive testing and tooling related documentation to maintain high standards of system reliability and compliance.

Business Continuity Design and Implement is an adaptive risk-based program and methodology that ensures the Firm's business continuity capability is fit for purpose through tests and exercises to protect the Firm's assets, facilitate the life safety of employees, and enable operational resilience.

What you'll do in the role

  • Develop clear and comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate test scenarios and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews and tests of established procedures, reporting findings to management and making recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Execute regression test cases to ensure system stability after updates or enhancements.
  • Identify and report defects promptly, working closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions in a structured and accessible format.
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation reflects current practices.
  • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test results reports.
  • Ensure all testing artefacts comply with internal standards and audit requirements.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and familiarity with test management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
