We're seeking someone to join our Internal Reporting team as a Report Enhancement Specialist
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Help to manage our data and reporting strategy by preparing materials, guiding group discussions and facilitating decision making

  • Act a business analyst to enhance current manual processes by reviewing complex reports and documenting dataflows to prepare for automation

  • Cooperate with IT counterparts describing business requirements and participate in testing, governance and control framework set-up

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field with 4+ years of experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Analytical and control mindset with the ability to analyse big datasets and convert them into meaningful metrics

  • Good communication skills across seniority levels with the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders

  • Project management experience in Agile is a plus

  • Database management and/or BI experience is a plus
