We're seeking an experienced Director-level Sourcing Manager to support global telecommunications (Telco) sourcing initiatives within the IT Sourcing organization.
This role is both tactical and strategic and will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for Multimedia and Mobility services, ensuring cost optimization, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate objectives. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a good level of expertise in Telco procurement within a complex, global environment are essential.

This is a Director level position within the sourcing / Procurement, which is responsible for procurement (e.g., purchasing and supply chain activities), as well as vendor management (e.g., business requirements gathering, sourcing strategy, competitive and market assessments, negotiation, contracting, and relationships associated with outsourced services

What you'll do in the role:
Support Multimedia and Mobility sourcing initiatives, including strategy development, RFP management, and contract negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements
Support renewals, leveraging deep market insight and advanced negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes for the firm.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, collaborating across geographies and functions to shape sourcing strategies that drive cost efficiencies, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
Harness analytical tools and benchmarking resources to inform competitive bidding processes and maximize commercial impact.
Deliver robust financial analysis and articulate recommendations to executive leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Legal & Compliance, Third Party Program Management, and Finance to ensure seamless deal execution and contract governance.
Uphold rigorous compliance standards, overseeing documentation, due diligence, and system requirements to support enterprise sourcing policies.
Champion innovation and transformation within the sourcing function, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes and elevate service delivery
What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum 5 years' sourcing experience, with proven expertise across technology commodities such as Multimedia and Mobility services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced degree
Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with interpreting, analyzing and drafting multiple types of agreements (e.g. NDAs, trials, masters, schedules) across different delivery models (e.g. on-premise, cloud)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills that drive savings and deliver value to stakeholders
Strategic thinking and ability to execute in a complex global environment.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and nurture both business and supplier relationships and interface at multiple levels
Written and spoken proficiency in English.
Additionally, the successful candidate must:
Be highly motivated, proactive, and take ownership of tasks and projects
Have strong written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
Have experience using procurement tools such as Ariba
