We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Technology Portfolio Associate, ready to help forge the workplace of the future by facilitating technology innovations. 

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and win business. This is an Associate level position within Transformation & Process Management, which specializes in change management strategy, with the aim to align people, process, and technology initiatives more closely with its business strategy and vision.

What you’ll do in the role: 

• Liaise with business and technology colleagues to define and document business cases and requirements for technology projects

• Provide ongoing project coordination services for key technology projects

• Co-lead working-group sessions and status meetings for senior stakeholders

• Execute on technology governance tasks within the IT asset management and risk management lifecycles

• Support colleagues assigned to specific domains as they manage a range of Technology Governance activities

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• At least 2 years of experience working on business projects among dispersed teams

• Experience working in a large enterprise with continual collaboration across divisions

• Familiarity with business technology through exposure to software development, assessment or implementation 

• Meticulous organizational and communication skills

• Ability to juggle many moving parts and adapt quickly to changing priorities
