Governance Reporting Associate
We’re seeking someone to join our Budapest Business Management team as a skilled Governance Reporting Associate in Centralized Management to manage reporting solutions that support the Finance Management Committee's data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and reports for efficient analytics. What you'll do in the role:
-
Manage the monthly distribution of standardized reports to Finance Management Committee clients, with included analysis of identified trends where applicable
-
Deliver enhanced analytics on client inquiries to facilitate informed strategic decision-making
-
Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) developers on automation and dashboard development initiatives, including the preparation of Business Requirements Documents, conducting testing procedures, and overseeing project progress through to completion
-
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
-
Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
-
Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
-
Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
What you'll bring to the role:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English; ability to develop quick rapport at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
-
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively

In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment

Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities

Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes

At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
