We’re seeking someone to join our team as an IT / Infrastructure Project Manager. The role will focus on critical day-to-day IT activities associated with the coordination of new network infrastructure, client connectivity and extranet services.

This is a Lead Workplace Operations & Support position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for delivering efficient technical support and ensuring smooth operations of the organization's workplace environment for end-users, including hardware, software, and network resources.

What you’ll do in the role:
Lead projects focused on the installation and coordination of new electronic trading infrastructure at Data Centers and CoLocation sites. This includes hardware procurement, installation coordination of network equipment, circuits, cross-connects and partnership with network operations to test, turn up and operationalize new services into production.
Coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Collaborate with partners in business, technology and risk and control functions.
Be hands-on in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
What you’ll bring to the role:
A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure role.
Technology project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in financial services and/ or technology field.
Experience in running network infrastructure programs/projects at Data Centers or CoLos.
Intermediate-level knowledge in one or more of the following: LAN, WAN, Telecommunications, Data center Facilities.
Experience working with client-facing groups, market data teams and a full knowledge of exchanges [NYSE, Nasdaq, BATS.etc)
Knowledge of computer networking topology.
Knowledge of and the low latency and real time market data environment.
Knowledge of working with data B2B providers like BT and TNS.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.
Experience working with cross functional teams, including Operations, Design/Arch Technology, Risk and Compliance.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and MS Teams.
Familiar with network infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, and network architecture.
Knowledge and experience in workflow management software (e.g., Jira) and ServiceNow.
Expertise in all Microsoft Office tools, especially Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
