We're seeking someone to join our Business Continuity team as a Technology Business Analyst in Firm Resilience to work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Business Analysis position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and establishing requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work with development teams to clarify requirements and support sprint planning.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in QA and UA Testing
- Support product documentation and training efforts.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles, preferably in a technology background.
- Exposure to technology and product management.
- Intermediate knowledge of technology tools (e.g., Excel, VLOOKUP, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results across stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
