Supply Chain Administrator 12-month FTC

Onsite – Wolverhampton, GBR
**Supply Chain Administrator (Aerospace) -**Wolverhampton | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Join Moog Aircraft Group and support our Global Aftermarket team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supply chain, procurement or materials experience looking to develop within a highly regulated, engineering-led organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing third-party repairs and managing customer returns
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders
  • Generating order book and requisition reports
  • Issuing RFQs to suppliers
  • Supporting MRP activities to ensure material availability
  • Assisting with supplier coordination and performance tracking

You will work closely with senior supply chain professionals, gaining exposure to aerospace aftermarket operations and SAP-driven processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or manufacturing administration
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, reporting)
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.

Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
