We are looking for a high-impact Sales Development Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for entry-level sales roles across multiple EMEA markets. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will drive pipeline strategy, build language-specific talent pools, partner closely with hiring leaders, and deliver against ambitious hiring targets. You will directly shape how we attract, engage, and hire the next generation of Sales Development talent across the region.

This is a contract position. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
In this role, you will

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles across multiple EMEA markets, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across several EMEA markets.

Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on profiles, priorities, and hiring strategy, ensuring consistent execution across markets.

Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple EMEA markets, including language-specific hiring.

Drive candidate generation through a mix of sourcing and partnership with hiring teams, with clear ownership of pipeline outcomes.

Manage stakeholders through clear communication, regular updates, and strong follow-through.

Run a structured and consistent recruiting process with strong system hygiene and a high-quality candidate experience.

Balance hiring across multiple markets and time zones while maintaining pace and organization.
The right person for this role will

Experience recruiting Sales Development talent across multiple EMEA markets, ideally including language-specific hiring.

Strong sourcing capability with a proven ability to build pipelines and convert recruiter-sourced candidates into hires.

Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent sourcing activity and deliver against hiring targets.

Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and managing expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to run a consistent recruiting process with minimal oversight.

Strong organization and prioritization skills across multiple requisitions and markets.

Experience recruiting early-career or entry-level sales talent in high-volume environments preferred.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.

Experience working with ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse and GEM preferred).

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working across time zones when needed.
