The Senior RGM Manager / Revenue Growth Management Lead Germany is responsible for strategically driving profitable revenue growth in the market by leading the development and execution of advanced RGM strategies across pricing, mix, price-pack architecture and promotion, while simultaneously building organizational RGM capabilities and fostering a growth-oriented mindset.

How you will contribute

Under supervision of the Director RGM & Sales Strategy, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive RGM strategies for profitable revenue growth across categories, seamlessly integrating global/regional frameworks with local market specifics.

  • Design and steer the implementation of advanced RGM levers, including price-pack architecture (PPA / OBPPC), promotional strategy (ROI and effectiveness), optimal trade spend allocation, multi-lever pricing and mix optimization

  • Lead a small team of experts, guiding their professional growth and ensuring effective execution of RGM strategies. Foster an RGM growth mindset and culture across the organization by developing and delivering comprehensive training, tools, and processes to enhance RGM capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary RGM expert, strategically partnering with e.g. Marketing, Finance and Sales teams across local and international functions to influence commercial decisions and ensure alignment within a complex matrix organization

  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive RGM activities, translating data and insights into actionable strategic decisions.

  • Establish and track critical RGM Strategic Performance Indicators (SPIs), proactively identifying performance gaps and delivering actionable insights to drive robust forecasting and achieve ambitious targets.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business related field required

  • Extensive CPG experience preferred

  • Prior experience in Sales, Marketing / Strategy is a a must

  • Prior experience in RGM is a must, preferably across all RGM levers

  • Strong communication skills - fluent English and German
