More about this role

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: :

  • Ensure efficient projects execution according to the scope, budget and schedule considering legal regulations, norms, procedures and internal standards
  • Support continuous improvement agenda
  • Evaluation of the technical specifications and project documentation
  • Managing the contractors according to the procedures and regulations
  • Support the necessary tests and trials in order to set up the optimum parameters of the lines / equipment
  • Performing all the necessary measurements and analyses in order to find the most efficient solutions to improve the lines / equipment (from idea to execution)
  • Preparing all the necessary documentation related to technical projects in compliance with the investment procedure

Knowledge, skills, experience and language expertise required:

  • Technical education
  • Master’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field – final year or graduated Chemistry & Process engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Control Engineering
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of food industry will be an advantage.
  • Practical skills in using software such as Auto Cad, MS Office
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed self-organisation skills
  • Analytical thinking and planning skills
  • English (B2/C1) and Polish must !
  • Driving licence
