You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Coordinate the internal and external teams to execute the Building and Facilities Maintenance program.
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules to prevent disruptions.
- Monitor the performance indicators.
- Integrate the continuous improvement approach in your team and your activities.
- Prepare and participate in audits.
- Develop and mentor the team, leading staff through change objectives and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
- Provide oversight and inspection of overall factory condition and creates action plans for correction/maintenance as necessary.
- Define priorities in order to deliver the objectives and goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors for Building and Facilities services.
What you will bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing site level Facilities or related projects.
- Management experience and proven leadership abilities with a strong commitment.
- Ability to multi-task in a complex environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of maintenance plan.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant.
