Job Description

工作内容:1.大区经理助理工作:

1)个人行程、事务安排协助;

2)工作协助包括会议安排、工作跟踪及部分文件管理;

3)文件签批及会议管理;

4)协助解决、转达、协调京津大区内日常工作;

2.行政事务:

1)销售奖金计算和统计及跟踪;

2)行政费用的管控和开支分析;

3)个人费用标准更新、电脑等资产管理;

4)大区联络方式更新,包括内外部来访的协助;

5)经销商合同签订跟踪、对账单管理等;

6)销售数据分析与洞察;

7)商贸费用管理

  1. MT促销活动落地及跟进

  2. 促销工具管理

3.办公室行政:

1)办公室日常管理;

2)办公用品、设备等固定资产管理;

3)备用金管理;

4.直线经理交代的其他任务。

岗位要求:

  1. 全日制统招本科

  2. 1年以上快消或相关行业工作经验;

  3. 具备数据整理和报表分析能力,熟练运用Office软件,有英语听说读写能力者优;

  4. 态度积极,正直勤恳。
