主要职责

• O2O渠道战略制定：根据品牌发展战略，制定并优化O2O渠道生意战略，包括线上平台和线下门店整合，提升品牌在各渠道的覆盖率和市场份额。
• 市场分析与洞察：进行深入的市场趋势、竞争对手分析、消费者行为研究，为品牌提供有价值的见解和战略建议，支持全年/季度选品建议和TA洞察。
• 营销活动策划与执行：与跨职能团队紧密合作，将营销整合到公司的全面营销日程中，建立互补的技能和杠杆，提高资源投资效率，线上转化率。
• 业务分析和KPI监控：制定O2O全年和阶段性生意驱动重点KPI，闭环追踪KPI达成率，帮助区域一起提升KPI表现，驱动生意增长。
• 与跨部门同事合作，处理与战略制定，在线ND/TDP扩展和活动设计，执行和审查。为了最大限度地提高MDLZ核心品牌的曝光率和消费者教育，与内容团队合作，以更高的效率处理运营内容。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，5年以上知名快消品公司销售经验
• 3年以上贸易营销经验，有O2O经验者优先
• 较强的业务计划和沟通能力
• 能够管理多个不同的利益相关者
• 学习能力强;自我激励;结果驱动的
• 良好的数据分析和表达能力
