全国销售效率主管：

**职位目的：**根据公司销售效率管理策略，通过搭建管理体系，制定管理方法，提升人员产出质量。

工作内容：

执行销售人员服务模式总体规划，推进区域执行落地

根据渠道布局及服务标准相关策略，制定KPI和跟进机制

设定一线销售人员效率管理指标，提升人员产出质量，并搭建管理体系

销售RTM战略计划及年度计划周期数字、分销/覆盖等销售目标的设定及跟进

职位要求:

1. 三年以上工作经验

2. 具有RTM或商贸工作经验优先

3. 拥有优秀的数据挖掘，分析，表现能力

4. 学士学位及以上

5. 精通PPT and excel或初步的数字化搭建能力
