Job Description

岗位目标:

通过对新渠道闪电仓发展的阶段性洞察,通过和新渠道负责人的合作及以样板仓/样板特渠打造的方式,完善亿滋闪电仓/特渠的渠道体系建设,提升渠道的运作效率,进而推动亿滋生意的健康有机的增长。

主要职责:

  • 1. 客户拓展与赋能支持
  • 拓展专业服务商,与新渠道负责人一起制定发展策略;为服务商提供建议订单,确保产品份额、库存健康、价格合规;并确保月度订单任务的完成。
  • 头部仓收编: 聚焦区域头部闪电仓品牌,进行谈判、推进签约合作、优化资源位置,并对其生意增长机会进行分析规划,实现深度合作。
  • 散仓赋能与支持: 为各省RSM管理的散仓提供标准化工具、培训、促销活动落地支持,收集前线市场信息并分享。
  • 特渠头部客户开发,并支持重点客户完成关键投标材料准备。
  • 2. 日常运营管理:
  • 订单与供应链协同管理: 协助解决闪电仓及特渠客户日常补货、控配问题,优化周转。
  • 文描素材更新及运营活动审理。
  • 3. 样板仓/特渠打造及流程提炼:
  • “样板仓”打造: 在“广深”集中资源打造若干个在合作模式、线上坑位、营销活动、运营监测上可复制的标杆闪电仓。
  • “样板特渠”打造: 在“广深”集中资源打造若干个在合作模式、运营监测上可复制标杆特渠。
  • 参与制定并固化闪电仓/特渠客户开发、拜访、WT申请及管理等标准化流程, 提炼运营模式并优先推广至南西TOP城市。
  • 4. 价值链及WT审批
  • 协助制定闪电仓/特渠专项投资政策,并根据实际效果调整。
  • 结合总部及财务指引审理特渠客户申请及追加投资信息。

任职要求:

  • 必备条件

  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、供应链相关专业优先

  • 3年以上新零售/O2O/电商运营经验

  • 有美团闪购、饿了么、京东到家等平台合作经验

  • 成功开发或管理过2个以上B端客户

  • 熟练使用Excel、PPT,有数据分析能力

  • 优先条件

  • 有快消品行业背景,了解闪电仓运营模式

  • 在美团/饿了么担任过BD或运营岗位

  • 有从0到1搭建团队或业务的经验

  • 熟悉广州、深圳本地零售市场

  • 有成功的客户收编案例

  • 软性能力

  • 优秀的商务谈判和沟通能力

  • 结果导向,抗压能力强
