We are looking for motivated interns to join our 2026 Traineeship Program!

Our Taste The Future Program

Big enough as employer of choice and small enough to keep connected with local communities, we have a 20+ years tradition in the successful conduction of our Traineeship programs.

Join our 2026 Management Trainee Program in Bulgaria and get a taste of our business while focusing on your professional development. Our program will give you the opportunity to go into a deep in different areas and will offer you a professional and personal development, hands-on training & networking opportunities.

The program is based in Sofia, with duration of 12 months and with full-time working day, labor agreement, and monthly remuneration. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving the right feedback and coaching, then it's up to you to prove yourself.

You will have the opportunity to taste the future and with rotations through our Functions, will be behind the scenes of:

• Our Category planning and Marketing teams: collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will “taste” the experience of how implementing brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision, drives sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives.

• Sales & Sales Operations Teams: You will “taste” the passion behind sales process and data that drives them.

• Customer Service & Logistic team: You will “taste” the complexity and importance of service to our customers.

We are looking for a candidate with the passion and energy to learn and develop in a diverse and fast changing environment; this is the ideal way to get to know a company that is differentiated not only by its products, but also by the commitment and enthusiasm of its employees.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent (last year or recent completion)

• Availability for an 12-month traineeship

• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

• Customer focused and entrepreneurial mind set

• Goal oriented, team player, energetic and outgoing

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Professional fluency in English and Bulgarian.
