El representante de ventas deberá dirigir y supervisar las actividades de ejecución de ventas para el canal droguerías, con el objetivo de garantizar el volumen de ventas establecido. Debe dar acompañamiento en campo a transferencias, apoyar en la gestión de pedidos comerciales, asegurando cobertura para el canal de droguerías. De igual manera, debe apoyar en la gestión de inventarios, actividades e acompañamiento de telefonistas base de los diferentes depósitos.

Acompañamientos y soporte diario a transferencias.

Habilidades para movilización Nielsen.

Entendimiento de dinámicas de portafolio, rotación de producto, percepción de valor, estrategias por punto de venta.

Dominio de márgenes, descuentos, bonificaciones, y comportamiento de consumo en el canal.

Visión estratégica para segmentar clientes según potencial, zona, capacidad de recompra y afinidad de portafolio.

Manejo de indicadores de desempeño comercial (sell in / sell out, cumplimiento de metas, ticket promedio, frecuencia de visita, etc.)

Manejo y control de cartera.
-
Gestión de acuerdos bajo esquemas de rentabilidad, volúmenes y condiciones de pago.

Resolución de establecimiento de acuerdos ganar-ganar.
-
Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de valor para ambas partes (cliente – empresa), con enfoque en cierre efectivo de acuerdos comerciales.

Seguimiento y control de transferencias en los diferentes depósitos asegurando su radicación en el sistema.

Ejecución exitosa de planes comerciales, seguimiento a indicadores de ventas y posicionamiento de marca en el punto de venta

Relacionamiento con tomadores de decisión (jefes de compras, administradores, jefes de punto) en diferentes tipos de droguerías.
Job specific requirements:

Profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.
-
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas de campo o servicio al cliente.

Conocimiento del funcionamiento operativo y comercial del canal de droguerías: cadenas, independientes, distribuidoras.
-
Conocimiento de Office (Excel, Word) y manejo de aplicativos móviles de ventas.
-
Excelentes habilidades en comunicación, orientación al resultado, priorización.
