You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

  • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

What you need to know about this position:

A passion for the CPG industry, with an eagerness to represent and sell iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury. A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a drive to deliver results through effective in-store execution and customer engagement.

Education / Certifications:

  • University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years), preferably business administration/commerce

  • Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)

Job specific requirements:

  • The successful candidate must live near London East

  • The company will provide a vehicle to visit customers in the Londos East territory

Work schedule:

  • Regular Business Hours (Mon-Fri)

The expected base salary range for this position is 56.400 CAD to 70.500 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 12% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
