Tu misión será cumplir con los objetivos de venta sell in y sell out, asegurando la implementación de las estrategias de venta y de PDV en el territorio asignado del canal detal, distribuidores y mayoristas a través del personal indirecto a su cargo, en línea con las políticas y valores corporativos.
What you need to know about this position:

Asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de mercadeo (nuevos productos) y trade marketing (punto de venta) en el canal detal, buscando el cumplimiento de la cuota de ventas. Garantizar máximo impacto visual y disponibilidad en las estanterías a través de técnicas de mercadotecnia.

Supervisar la ejecución del vendedor en el punto de venta para garantizar que se estén aplicando los direccionamientos de POB

Evaluar las cifras de venta y diseñar estrategias de acuerdo con los modelos de atención, para mejorar la rentabilidad de las rutas

Controlar el mantenimiento de la data de clientes y rutas para garantizar una buena ejecución en la visita e información confiable para la toma de decisiones.

Recaudo de cartera de ventas Sell In

Asegurar la distribución numérica de las principales marcas en el territorio asignad, y la correcta ubicación e implementación de materiales de punto de compra.
Job specific requirements:
-
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el área comercial consumo masivo canal tradicional mayoristas, preferiblemente liderando equipos de venta.

Contar con vehículo propio y licencia de conducción vigente.
-
Inglés intermedio es un plus.
-
Microsoft Office, Excel intermedio, y manejo de Power BI.

Habilidad y análisis numérico
-
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines.

Habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
-
Habilidades analíticas para manejo de inventarios, facturación

Visión estratégica para identificar oportunidades de negocio

Excelente relacionamiento con cliente

Conocer procesos de facturación y sell in de clientes y stakeholders, procesos de ventas y negociación.
