You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needs
- Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement and change management
- Seek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formally communicated and executed properly
- Own the Case Fill Rate and On Time In Full governance, reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and commercial
- Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution

Main activities:
- Manage and optimize demand distribution planning (DRP) for 350 SKUs, 2 plants, 4 categories, 4 distribution centers, and 58 sales centers.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the demand plan and ensure its alignment with the production plan to prevent shortages and guarantee product availability.
- Ensure the correct creation and management of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to maintain the defined safety stock policy in all Distribution Centers (DCs).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Customer Service team to prioritize product movements and address special requirements.
- Monitor and ensure that STOs meet Vehicle Fill Rate (VFR) targets to optimize transportation costs.
- Identify and analyze excess inventory, developing and implementing action plans to reduce it at the lowest possible cost.
- Actively collaborate with key areas such as Production, Transportation Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service for integrated supply chain management.
- Propose and execute continuous improvements in DRP and inventory management processes.

8-10 years of general experience in supply chain planning.

Solid and proven experience in planning, inventory management, distribution planning, or similar roles.

Preferred experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle).

Experience in advanced planning systems (SAP APO, OMP, O9).

Knowledge of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).

Solid knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).

Experience in Inventory Management and stock level optimization.

Advanced Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau desirable).

Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.

Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

Ability to influence and negotiate with different stakeholders.

Results-oriented and proactive.

Team leadership and ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Systems, Processes, etc.) or physics/mathematics.
- Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (desirable).
